touching grass barefoot, taste of dark chocolate or warm cacao, feeling sunshine on my skin, walking in the woods and witnessing nature or touching trees, holding hands, spontaneous tender touch with someone I love, dancing freely, seeing my son doing what he deeply enjoys in like playing basketball, seeing people I love joyful & laughing, getting flowers or heartwarming messages from someone I love, witnessing acts of kindness, sudden epiphanies or moments of sudden insight or awareness of life pulsation and gratefulness for being here and now... moments when my truth and life inspire others...
